Plural

First launched in 2007, Papier renamed Plural for its 2023 edition. The fair was created by the AGAC to promote art from living Canadian artists. It has since grown to become the most important art fair in Quebec. Only focusing on work on paper until 2019, Plural is now open to other mediums to reach an ever broader audience. Thus, the show gathers a large and eclectic public with art dealers, publishers, seasoned collectors, first-time buyers and simply curious. They can meet there in a nice environment that allows discussion and exchange of ideas. Plural Montreal has truly become a not-to-be-missed art fair in this region.
