Outsider Art Fair Paris

Held twice a year, Outsider Art Fair takes place in Paris at the same time as the hugely popular FIAC art show. Outsider Art Fair is a 4-day event showcasing Art Brut – a French term for raw, unconventional pieces created by self-taught artists who are not constricted by cultural expectations. Originally launched in 1993 with Outsider Art Fair New York, this art show concentrates on artists who work away from the mainstream and the show has an exciting, maverick feel. More than 30 different galleries are expected to exhibit works each year, with art from around the world. New galleries are encouraged to exhibit at this art fair, and the programme includes talks, performance art and book signings.

The fair won’t be held in Paris anymore. Last edition in 2022.
