India Art Fair

Held in late January/early February annually, the India Art Fair offers the opportunity to engage with contemporary and modern art from South Asia. This part of the world has a developing art scene that is quickly gaining popularity, and India Art Fair is the place for artists, collectors, the public and art charities to meet and share their passion. As Auckland Art Fair for New Zealand or Ch.ACO for Chile, it is the only international art fair in India and thus plays a major part. The organisers aim for the show to be informative, friendly and open to all. Indian galleries and international curators exhibit their artists at the fair which is divided into 5 sections: a gallery section, an institution section, an area for young galleries, a solo artist section and a projects platform showing large-scale and interactive pieces.
