GZ-Basel

GZ-Basel is an exciting international fair for contemporary art and design. Founded in 2015, it takes place annually in June, when Basel become the center of the art world. Indeed, it runs just a few days before the highly attended Art Basel with all the fair satellites like for instance Design Miami/ Basel, VOLTA or the SCOPE Art Show. The fair, that promotes creativity and innovation, features a limitless range of media. Indeed, collectors can discover and purchase paintings, projects, videos, photographs and sculptures among others. There are also larger pieces displayed outside that truly creates a dynamic environment. Above all, the exhibitors give precedence to quality rather than quantity. Well-known artists and new talents exhibit together at GZ-Basel, so the price range is wide and can meet all budgets. Additionnally, visitors have a chance to meet some of artist in hand to share their passion and talk about their work. Finally, performance art and lectures are also part of this edgy show.
