Art Beijing
Art Beijing is a top modern and contemporary art fair in China. It was first launched in 2006 and maintains its new and exciting vibe by continuously adapting. As a result, the fair succeeds in meeting changes and challenges of the booming art market in the area. The fair has quickly become, with ART021 and West Bund, a unmissable event of the China cultural calendar. Art Beijing is a massive fair showcasing about 190 galleries – from China and the rest of the world – which offer for sale a broad range of artworks. Thus, collectors and seasoned buyers can find and purchase ink drawings, fine engravings, colourful paintings, edgy photographs and various art installations. The show is organised by theme, and the work is divited into different sections including a public art area and a design section that goes out of its way to promote creativity in design. Because it gathers many influent art market professionals, Art Beijing offers as well a great opportunity to network and to build strong relationships.
