Affordable Art Fair Brussels
Affordable Art Fair is an international contemporary art fair dedicated to making buying art accessible to all. In Brussels, the fair was launched in 2008 and takes place each February at Tour & Taxis. A key event in the cultural and social calendar, the fair each year welcomes between 15,000 and 20,000 visitors who come to discover art offered by more than 85 Belgian and international galleries, presenting the work of over 600 emerging and established artists. The fair also hosts an exciting programming which includes interactive workshops, art installations, participative projects and more. The Ramsay Fairs group holds many fairs around the world such as Affordable Art Fair Amsterdam, Affordable Art Fair Hamburg or Affordable Art Fair NYC.

What is Affordable Art Fair Brussels DNA?
We propose a broad range of activities for all ages. Young and old will be able to explore their creativity and discover less known artistic techniques during our workshops. We also invite each year an artist who is in charge of the artistic installation at the entrance of the fair. The visitor has also the possibility to discover the artists of tomorrow in our young talents section.
What type of galleries are chosen to exhibit, and why?
We welcome every year approx. 95 national and international galleries, which have been carefully selected. They showcase artworks by contemporary artists of all kinds – photographers, painters, drawers, sculptors, collagists, etc. – that you can buy, wrap and bring home!
What is the price range? Who buy?
AAF is the leading show case for contemporary art under €7,500.

Is there a typical Affordable Art Fair Brussels visitor?
No, not in particular. We have loyal visitors with 77% coming back every year. I would say they are aged between 35 and 64, fun, vibrant, cool and stylish, culturally engaged and active. We have a mix between first time buyers, occasional buyers and collectors.
What are two other art fairs you would suggest?
TEFAF Maastricht and Art On Paper Brussels.
