Art Los Angeles Contemporary

Taking place annually in February during LA Art Week, alongside Frieze Los Angeles or Superfine! Art Fair, Art Los Angeles Contemporary, also know as ALAC, is a contemporary art fair with a distinctive west coast USA feel. With approximately 80 galleries exhibiting, there is a strong focus on galleries from Los Angeles, but international galleries are represented as well. The show is divided into different sections, with an area dedicated to young galleries who have been established for fewer than 4 years. Artist-run booths are also a feature of ALAC. The audience is made up of international collectors, contemporary art lovers and art market professionals. Alongside the exhibition itself, visitors can enjoy a full program of talks, panel discussions and film screenings during this 3-day fair .
