Art Miami
Taking place in December during the unmissable Miami Art Week, at the same time as Art Basel Miami Beach, Art Miami has recently celebrated its 30th anniversary. This world-renowned fair focuses on 20th and 21st century art. The impressive exhibitor’s list boasts 170 international galleries who have, in the past, offered for sale works from famous artists such as Pollock, Lichtenstein, Hockney and Hirst. As many high-quality artworks are displayed, with for instance drawings, prints, paintings, sculptures and videos, seasoned buyers gather to extend their collections. The fair is also a meeting point for art dealers, artists, museum curators and all art enthusiasts. The opening night includes an invite-only preview that benefits a charity, followed by 5 days of general admission.
