Artist Project

First launched in 2008, Artist Project is an informal art fair where discussion and is highly encouraged. Aiming to excite all visitors, there is thus a wide range of contemporary art displayed. Collectors and other attenddes can indeed view and purchase mixed-media, collage, photography, sculpture and installation pieces, among others. Around 300 artists from Canada and the rest of the world participate and sell directly to collectors. Consequently, people have the opportunity to meet the artists on hand at the show. Talks and tours are scheduled as well during the fair. Finally, an ‘Art Battle’ where artists are challenged to create live art in 20 minutes is part of the exciting programme of events. Artist Project takes part every February in the city of Toronto where another fair is held in October, Art Toronto.
