Aotearoa Art Fair

Known until 2021 as Auckland Art Fair, Aotearoa Art Fair is nothing less than the premier contemporary art fair for the pacific region. This massive event thus welcomes around 10,000 visitors each year and truly is an international art show. Indeed, more than 40 galleries from across New Zealand and the world are showcased during this fair. It takes place annually in May at The Cloud, on Auckland’s Queen’s Wharf. This fair really aims to bring the best artists of the Pacific region to the international public’s eyes and offers as well an entire program of artists talks and even children’s workshop. Finally, Aotearoa Art Fair dynamizes the regional art market because, as India Art Fair or Art X Lagos for instance, it is the only art fair in the whole country.
