Melbourne Art Fair

Melbourne Art Fair was relaunched in 2018 with a sole goal: presenting the region’s newest and most exciting contemporary art to over 15,000 art lovers through 40 leading galleries. This fair showcases new works, solo and group exhibitions by inspiring contemporary artists from Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. In addition to the art show itself, this new edition of the fair offers talks, live performances and workshops. At its creation in 1988, Melbourne Art Fair was the first commercial fair of the Asia Pacific to establish a global network for collectors to discover the Australian art market. Currently, the city of Melbourne hosts two other art shows: Affordable Art Fair and The Other Art Fair.
