Red Dot Miami
First established in 2006, Red Dot is part of Miami Art week held in the city’s art district every December, at the same time as Art Basel Miami Beach. It presents modern and contemporary art, with a wide range of mediums including painting, photography, 3D wall art and sculpture. This exciting fair gathers together around 75 galleries, showcasing more than 500 international artists. Artworks from both emergent and established names are exhibited. Thus, the show attracts many visitors – approximatively 38,000 – first time buyers as seasoned collectors, with all kinds of art lovers. Finally, alongside the trade exhibition, there are activities such as Art Labs, talks, tours and live art projects taking place over the 5-day event.
